Carolyn provided the August program with a digital slide show on her trip to Israel, where she participates in an archaeological dig. She then showed how to attach artifacts to our quilt projects.The Gossip Challenge was discussed and the last member received her challenge. In spite of the short deadline she said she would have it ready for YQF in September.
It was suggested we encourage more quilts for sale at the quilt show. We will also type up a sheet listing the quilts for sale and have it available at the front desk. Hopefully we will have lots of donated wall quilts and other items for the Silent Auction.
A reminder that the Christmas exchange theme is Seasons. This can be interpreted in any way you wish.
