SEVENTEEN talented and lovely women (men are welcome!) attended the July 10, 2023, TAGY meeting at the Cody Park County Library, Grizzly Room:  Lili, Linda, Chris, Vanda, Ellen, Karling, Renee, Barb M., Ben, Judy, Jan H., Kris, Alice, Susie, Kim, Sue, Carol, Jan W.

Announcements:

August 7th Program:  Ellen B., yes, please!

Cody Garden Tour:  Susie announced this terrific garden tour that will take place on July 29, 2023.  It is from 9-1pm.  Cost is $35. This is a self-guided tour of 6 inspirational local gardens.  Tickets are on sale at the Cody Country Art League and Pollen Gardens (601 Stone St, Cody).  Proceeds benefit the greenhouse construction at the Wyoming campus V.A. home.

Jeannette: (Ben reported this after the meeting).  Jeannette is in the hospital doing physical therapy.  She misses everyone. She has no pain in her back where they did surgery, but she has peripheral nerve pain below the waist.

Tools and Tips:  Challenge due at August Meeting:  Bring to the meeting tools and tips that you find particularly useful in textile work.  You can also bring things you really do not find helpful!

Annual Challenge:  The group showed their annual challenge quilts of Pear/Pair/Pare. These quilts will be hung in the library in September.  Remember to get your Artist Statement to Jan W.!!
