Kitchen Time! Get into your kitchen and find something...a gadget, a tea bag, a coffee bean (!@?@*&)...etc. and find a way to incorporate it into a quilt. Think about Pam painting her fabric with a kitchen utensil. Or using a coffee filter for...? Be creative, use your imagination. Anything goes. Thinking outside the box is good for our creative souls.
